Novatra Solutions provides the following IT services:

- Software maintenance and support
- Training and consulting services
- Hosting and domain services
We do not provide: Cryptocurrency services, forex trading, gambling, remittance services, donation platforms, or third-party payment processing.
4. Payment Terms
- All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
- Payment is due as per the agreed schedule in the service agreement
- We accept Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfers
- All payments are processed through licensed payment providers
- Provincial sales tax on services (e.g., SRB 15% in Sindh / PRA 16% in Punjab) applies based on place of supply and registration status
- Late payments may incur additional charges
5. Project Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity
- Client approval and feedback are required for project progression
- Delays caused by client unavailability may extend delivery timelines
- Projects are delivered via staging servers or code repositories
- Final acceptance requires client sign-off on User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables
- Novatra Solutions retains rights to methodologies, frameworks, and reusable code
- Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any provided content
7. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements
- Respond to requests for feedback within agreed timeframes
- Provide necessary access credentials and resources
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain backups of important data
8. Limitation of Liability
Novatra Solutions' liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Third-party actions or services
- Force majeure events beyond our control
9. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and project details. We will not:
- Disclose client information to third parties without consent
- Use client data for purposes other than service delivery
- Share proprietary information with competitors
10. Termination
- Either party may terminate services with written notice
- Payment is due for work completed up to termination date
- Confidentiality obligations continue after termination
- We may terminate services for non-payment or breach of terms
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiations between parties
- Mediation if negotiations fail
- Arbitration under Pakistani law if mediation fails
